Ramadan is an expression of Allah\u2019s unconditional and abundant love for us. It is a divine reassurance of Allah\u2019s mindful presence in our lives. As you wake up for<i>\u00a0suhoor<\/i>, work tirelessly during the day, and finally sit for your<i>\u00a0iftar<\/i>, remember that your Lord is speaking to your soul in soft whispers of\u00a0<i>\u201cYou matter. And I am here for you\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Set Sustainable Goals to<\/b><b><i>\u00a0fully feel\u00a0<\/i><\/b><b>the\u00a0<\/b><b><i>Rahma\u00a0<\/i><\/b><b>of Allah<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Where Ramadan brings God\u2019s solace, the diligent observance of fasts and prayers can also seem unnerving as you find yourself engulfed in the worries of life.\u00a0Here, setting sustainable, manageable, and realistic goals can really help you plan your Ramadan and feel its\u00a0<i>Rahma\u00a0<\/i>manifold.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00a0\u201c<\/i><b><i>O people, you must only perform deeds you are capable of doing. By Allah, Allah will not give up on you unless you give up. Verily, the most beloved deeds to Allah are those performed regularly, even if they are few<\/i><\/b><i>.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sunnah.com\/bukhari:43\">(Sahih Al Bukhari)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you absorb this Hadith, remind yourself to be gentle and kind to yourself during Ramadan, as that is what your Lord wants for you.<\/p>\n<p>Do not burn yourself out so that you can taste the sweetness of this month till the last day of Ramadan.
